5. Order Confirmation, Cancellation & Modification

6. Shipping & Delivery Terms

• Shipping terms will follow the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FO­B, CIF, EXW, DAP, etc.), based on buyer-seller agreement.

• Once goods leave our warehouse and are handed over to the carrier or shipping agent, Rainbow Expotrust is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural calamities, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.

7. Quality Assurance & Claims

• Every consignment undergoes batch-wise quality checks (moisture, purity, foreign-particle inspection, microbial safety, packaging integrity) before dispatch.

• Given natural variability, minor differences in product characteristics may arise.

• Any claim regarding defective or non-conforming goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and supported by:

  • Photographs or video evidence,

  • Batch / lot number,

  • Detailed description of the issue,

  • Quantity details.

• We will review claims case-by-case. If the claim is found valid, we may offer replacement, credit note, or refund — at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property
